  • Is Goat Yoga for all levels?
Our motto is...if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Because yoga isn't just about the poses you see on the mat. It's about the connection to your breath and your mind and body! So yes...if you can breathe, you can do a goat yoga class! We just ask you to be patient and kind to yourself as you learn the moves and do whatever you can. And if all else fails, find a goat to pet and forget about the expectation to do the whole class! Come. Do whatever you can. We reallly mean it when we say, NO judgement. 🙏

Most, if not all, of our Goat Yoga events include the 60 minute class, plus 30 additional minutes for participants to interact, pet and take pictures with the goats PLUS a complimentary beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options) from the brewery/venue.
